1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Player," or "You") and ph11t (the "Company," "Operator," "We," or "Us"). By creating an account, accessing the ph11t website or mobile application, placing wagers, or using any services provided by ph11t, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by all terms, conditions, rules, and policies outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately discontinue use of ph11t services and refrain from registering an account.

This Agreement incorporates by reference the following additional policies and documents, all of which form part of the binding legal relationship between you and ph11t: (i) Privacy Policy; (ii) Responsible Gaming Policy; (iii) Bonus Terms & Conditions; (iv) Sports Betting Rules; (v) Casino Game Rules; and (vi) Payment Processing Terms. All referenced policies are available on the ph11t website and are deemed accepted upon registration.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with ph11t, place wagers, or participate in any gaming activities. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in the Republic of the Philippines and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. ph11t reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all wagers voided, and account balances forfeited without notice or recourse.

2.2 Geographic and Jurisdictional Restrictions

ph11t services are intended exclusively for users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. You may not access ph11t services from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, including but not limited to the United States, France, United Kingdom (where not licensed), and any country subject to international sanctions. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Use of VPN, proxy servers, or any technology to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with ph11t. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false or misleading information are prohibited and will result in closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You are required to verify your identity by submitting government-issued identification documents (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID) within thirty (30) days of first deposit. Failure to complete identity verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any other security credentials. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All activities conducted through your account are presumed to be authorized by you and you accept full liability for all transactions, wagers, deposits, and withdrawals made using your account credentials, whether or not authorized by you. You must immediately notify ph11t customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) using the ph11t platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; (ii) attempting to manipulate, abuse, or exploit system vulnerabilities, software bugs, or game mechanics for unfair advantage; (iii) using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the platform; (iv) colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage in games or sports betting; (v) engaging in fraudulent activity including but not limited to money laundering, credit card fraud, or identity theft; (vi) reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from ph11t software; (vii) using offensive, abusive, or harassing language in communications with staff or other players; (viii) uploading malicious code, viruses, or any harmful technology to ph11t systems.

4. Deposits and Payment Processing

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph11t accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer from major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Security Bank, Landbank, PNB), over-the-counter cash deposits at authorized payment centers (7-Eleven, M Lhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier), and selected cryptocurrency options where legally permissible. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source minus applicable processing fees.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method: GCash/Maya minimum ₱100, bank transfer minimum ₱500, over-the-counter minimum ₱500. Maximum deposit limits apply according to your account verification level: unverified accounts maximum ₱50,000 per transaction and ₱200,000 monthly; verified accounts maximum ₱500,000 per transaction and ₱5,000,000 monthly; VIP accounts have customized limits determined on individual basis. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes for e-wallet methods, 15-30 minutes for over-the-counter cash, and 1-4 hours for bank transfers. ph11t does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own fees which are your responsibility.

4.3 Currency and Exchange Rates

All ph11t accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit using a payment method in a different currency, your financial institution or payment processor will apply currency conversion at their prevailing exchange rate, which may include a conversion fee or margin. ph11t is not responsible for currency conversion rates or associated fees applied by third-party payment processors.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To withdraw funds from your ph11t account, you must have completed identity verification (KYC) by submitting valid government-issued photo identification and proof of address. First-time withdrawals require full identity verification regardless of amount. Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your own name matching your verified account identity. You may only withdraw to payment methods you have previously used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by ph11t security team. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 for all methods except cryptocurrency (minimum ₱1,000). Maximum single withdrawal is ₱500,000; larger amounts may be processed in multiple installments at ph11t's discretion.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya e-wallet withdrawals processed within 2-4 hours during business hours (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Manila time); bank transfer withdrawals processed within 1-2 business days; cryptocurrency withdrawals processed within 6-24 hours subject to blockchain confirmation times. Processing times begin after withdrawal request approval and may be extended for additional security review, verification requirements, or high-volume periods. VIP account holders may qualify for expedited processing.

5.3 Wagering Requirements and Turnover

All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time at minimum odds or game contribution before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. For sports betting, wagers must be placed at odds of 1.50 or greater; for casino games, different games contribute different percentages toward turnover requirement (slots 100%, table games 10%, live casino 10%, video poker 5%). Bonus funds and winnings from bonuses are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable Bonus Terms & Conditions. Attempts to withdraw deposited funds without meeting minimum turnover requirements may result in cancellation of withdrawal and imposition of administrative fee of 5% of withdrawal amount.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Program

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by ph11t are subject to specific terms and conditions which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Bonus Terms & Conditions are posted on the ph11t website and updated periodically. By accepting any bonus or participating in any promotion, you agree to comply with all applicable terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits during bonus play, time limits for bonus use, and withdrawal restrictions. ph11t reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from bonuses if bonus terms are violated or if bonus abuse is detected.

6.2 Promotion Eligibility and Restrictions

Unless otherwise specified, each promotion or bonus offer is limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, payment method, and account. Players using multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, engaging in coordinated betting patterns to abuse promotions, or any other form of bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and accounts permanently closed. ph11t reserves the right to exclude any player from promotions or bonuses at its sole discretion, including players identified as professional advantage players or those whose play patterns indicate systematic bonus exploitation.

7. Gaming Rules and Bet Acceptance

7.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting wagers are governed by ph11t Sports Betting Rules, which cover specific regulations for bet settlement, void bets, postponed or cancelled events, incorrect odds, and dispute resolution. In the event of any conflict between general Terms & Conditions and specific Sports Betting Rules, the Sports Betting Rules shall prevail for sports betting matters. ph11t reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time without explanation. Maximum win limits apply to certain sports and bet types as specified in the Sports Betting Rules.

7.2 Casino Game Rules

All casino games including slots, table games, live dealer games, and specialty games are governed by the rules specific to each game as provided by the game manufacturer and displayed within the game interface. By playing any casino game, you agree to comply with the specific rules of that game. ph11t is not responsible for game malfunctions, software errors, or technical defects in third-party game software; in the event of game malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. Return to Player (RTP) percentages and game volatility information are provided for informational purposes and represent long-term statistical averages, not guarantees of short-term results.

7.3 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

A bet is not considered valid until it is accepted by ph11t servers and a confirmation with unique bet ID is issued. In the event of dispute over whether a bet was placed or accepted, ph11t transaction logs shall be deemed conclusive. All bets are settled based on official results from the governing body of the relevant sport or game. Settlement decisions made by ph11t are final unless manifestly erroneous. In cases of obvious error including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event information, or technical errors, ph11t reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

ph11t is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activities. All players have access to responsible gaming features including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, reality check reminders, and temporary cooling-off periods. Self-exclusion options are available for players who wish to voluntarily exclude themselves from ph11t services for periods ranging from six (6) months to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to customer support and are irrevocable once confirmed. During self-exclusion periods, you will be prevented from accessing your account, receiving marketing communications, or creating new accounts. 9. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the ph11t platform, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, website content, software, graphics, user interface, and underlying technology, are owned by or licensed to ph11t and protected by Philippine intellectual property laws and international treaties. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph11t platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from ph11t platform except as necessary for normal platform use. Any unauthorized use of ph11t intellectual property constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and may result in civil liability or criminal prosecution.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

ph11t collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy. By using ph11t services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data collected includes identification information, contact details, financial information, transaction history, gameplay data, and device information. This data is used to provide services, verify identity, process payments, detect fraud, comply with legal obligations, and send service-related communications. ph11t implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers (payment processors, identity verification services, customer support systems) who are contractually obligated to protect data confidentiality. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to legal retention requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

11.1 Service Availability

ph11t services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ph11t does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. You acknowledge that internet-based services are subject to interruptions, delays, and technical difficulties beyond ph11t's control.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph11t, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer failure, or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use ph11t services, even if ph11t has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ph11t's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of ph11t services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your ph11t account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or ₱10,000, whichever is less.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to ph11t services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using ph11t services, you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for resolution of any disputes.

12.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or ph11t services, you agree to first contact ph11t customer support to attempt resolution through informal negotiation. If informal resolution is unsuccessful within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing arbitration requirement, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

13.1 Termination by ph11t

ph11t reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason at its sole discretion, including but not limited to: violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; multiple account creation; bonus abuse; use of prohibited betting strategies; provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification; failure to complete identity verification when requested; chargebacks or payment disputes; threatening, abusive, or harassing behavior toward staff or other players; or any other conduct that ph11t determines, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate or harmful to ph11t operations or reputation.

13.2 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination, all pending bets will be voided and stakes returned (unless termination is for fraud, in which case all pending bets and account balances will be forfeited), all bonuses and promotional funds will be immediately forfeited, and you will be required to withdraw any remaining balance in your account within thirty (30) days. If you fail to withdraw your balance within this period, ph11t reserves the right to charge an account maintenance fee of ₱500 per month until the balance is withdrawn or reduced to zero. You may not re-register or create a new account after termination without express written permission from ph11t.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Amendments to Terms

ph11t reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon posting to the ph11t website. Your continued use of ph11t services following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Material changes may be communicated via email or on-site notification at ph11t's discretion.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

14.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, Sports Betting Rules, and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph11t concerning your use of ph11t services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications, whether oral or written, regarding the subject matter herein.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense your rights or obligations under these Terms without ph11t's prior written consent. ph11t may freely assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party without restriction or notification. These Terms bind and inure to the benefit of each party's permitted successors and assigns.
